After completing my M.S. in Human Resources Management in 2013, I started my recruiting career. I have gained experience in human resources practices, B2B sales, talent marketing, as well as sourcing and recruiting in a variety of levels. I do not consider myself a recruiter, but a thought leader on the facets of talent management which include: talent acquisition, on-boarding & engagement, development, performance management, succession planning and workforce planning. My goal is to support the improvement of business performance through relationship building.

Roles have varied from junior financial analysts to director level positions in human resources, accounting & finance, supply chain and operations.
