Katherine Bernardoni, MSHRM

After completing my M.S. in Human Resources Management in 2013, I started my recruiting career. I have gained experience in human resources practices, B2B sales, talent marketing, as well as sourcing and recruiting in a variety of levels. I do not consider myself a recruiter, but a thought leader on the facets of talent management which include: talent acquisition, on-boarding & engagement, development, performance management, succession planning and workforce planning. My goal is to support the improvement of business performance through relationship building.

As a Career Matchmaker and Talent Management Strategist, I partner with organizations that are looking to elevate their current workforce, as well as work with individuals looking for career development and advancement.

I support my clients in:

  • developing and implementing HR processes to attract, onboard, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees

  • identifying best practices individuals can implement to better position themselves throughout the job search process and in the workplace

Throughout my tenure, I have been able to support 400+ successful placements in both contract and permanent opportunities across South Florida in a plethora of industries. Roles have varied from junior financial analysts to director level positions in human resources, accounting & finance, supply chain and operations.

I am passionate about helping others find meaningful careers, grow within their respective organizations and partner with employers to ensure they are able to attract, retain and develop their workforce.
